Lube yourself up, and bend over. Scotlands theatre/TV/film industry is as insulated as an undersea cable - and being able to deal with abusive bosses/colleagues and meet totally unrealistic deadlines is kinda just how it is, and will remain while there are so many people wanting to work in an industry that can realistically employ about 200 folk nationwide, while the colleges and unis are taking the money and pumping out thousands of bright-eyed hopefuls every single year.
