Graduate here! I’m renting an Airbnb through the rest of the year in hopes the market slows up a bit after semester start. I am on the phone and online daily with letting agencies; luckily, I’ve had the occasional viewing pop up. But even then, the flat is quickly swooped up. It’s just an insane market right now.
