There's a schedule in the title deed that lists each flat, square meters, what percentage of the common charges they are responsible for, as well as any exclusive rights the flat has, and some of them have exclusive right to a parking space. The complex does have a private car park, but it's not mapped on the plans. Section A doesn't mention parking but says flat includes exclusive rights listed on the Schedule. So I think there is a parking space for this flat, but the current owner doesn't know about it.
