I guess my question is can the sale still proceed if the deed is defective? My understanding is if I bring it up with my solicitor they are required to act on it, so I need to decide if I want to do that, or sort the issue after I buy the flat. Parking was not advertised, is not included in the price, it's just this one mention in the schedule of the deed.
