GCC deal with that area highlight the problem with them even raise an issue/complaint. Parnie street used to be a hotspot for homeless junkies as there was a place over the west side of the street that gave free clothing out to homeless. Not sure if its still in operation but the old Wynd lane that reeks of pish is probably the main source of injection sites for the down and outs around that area. |
