This is to do with the city Network of cycle lanes that they plan spending £433 million on . They intend for it to be complete by 2033 .
It is an absolute waste of money . We need better enforcement of road traffic laws , a lot simpler cheaper and without the massive carbon footprint of building cycle lanes .
