I live in Shawlands so I’m biased but sounds like it fits your criteria. The parking on streets generally looks like a nightmare, but I’ve never had too much of a problem finding somewhere, it just might not be directly outside your place, but probably far enough to really annoy you if you’re carrying loads of shopping
