There is nothing stopping you requesting the letting agency to contact the owner to ask for improvements.
But to be honest I wouldn't want to do that myself. At £350 a month I doubt they'll want to improve on the property. I'd half be concerned the owner doesn't realise how little the rent is somehow!
On another (possibility) inappropriate suggestion; I'd be semi planning my exit strategy from that place. Unfortunately that £350 rent surely can't last forever. |
