| Comment | 350 is buttons compared to comparable properties. I'd be looking at another 100/150 easy for something the same or worse. I dunno why they've not increased my rent, must be protected in the lease somewhere as an assured tenancy I guess? Weirdly I got them to knock 20 quid off when I moved in. My guess is it is paid off and the owner doesn't really give a shit otherwise they'd surely want to raise it with mortgage rates being affected etc.
I do plan on leaving. I'd told myself I wouldn't do another winter here because it's hell and that was before heating became a luxury. Can't afford to heat, can't afford to move. Cling on and hope I don't die, I guess! Either way moving isn't an option until the market calms down a bit. |
