Win/win situation there. The landlord probably doesn't want the hassle that putting the rent up could cause. Especially if they're happy with you.
Might even be open to making some improvement in order to keep you there...
Could even express you're happy to oversee any of the work and don't mind being in when the work is being done. These kinda things can be a pain for landlords. |
