It's pure misleading. It details the appliances in situ and says double glazing (doesn't mention they're sash) so it's not exactly representative of the real world performance. It does explicitly detail insufficient insulation in the loft and 'assumed none' in the walls, as well as trash talks the back boiler.
But yeah I have zero hope that any improvement will come. I've had 2 gas guys designate my boiler as 'at risk' and recommend a combi but so long as its not whatever the level above that is, they'll patch it.
Overall plan is to cling on and look to move before next winter. |
