Mine is 475. Agent wanted 500. I wrote a complaint and made sure to include things that don't justify charging that much, such as the boiler being not energy efficient and the condition of certain things in the property. It was due to go up 4 months ago, I'm still paying 475. Challenge it because at the end of the day, it's business and you don't just go with what they say.
