Middle areas that have seen aggressive price growth are hit or miss. Theres one house in Kelvindale that's been up for a few months because the guy is convinced a Jogn Lawrwnce semi is worth 400k.
Low comp areas are weakening. I've seen a lot of reductions lately in places like Ballieston. Without the buying frenzy, they're slumping back to business as normal. |
