| Comment | I have two school aged kids and they both speak with faux American accents thanks to YouTube as do a lot of other kids their age. It can be amusing but there is clearly no malice to it. We are also friendly with a couple of American families who have moved here and it's funny how quickly they were saying everything was a wee bit this and a wee bit that and asking for a bottle of fizzy juice! I am sure that you will be just fine, Glasgow is a welcoming city. |
