Yes cheapest for them, not us. Which is my very point. They promised us cheaper energy for the inconvenience of having hundreds of bird killing wind turbines in our natural landscape, which the blades only last 20 years and can't be recycled. And they're still using oil for these turbines. Not very green that. Water would be a better source to harvest power from, water always runs, unlike wind.
