Once I even appealed to SDS and they gave me 20 quid back after the agent went into the property without my consent or knowledge and took pics and said that's how I left it. I lived there a further week after that, the pics were taken when I was packing. Scum of the earth. As far as thus place goes I've decorated and even retiled and recarpeted the bathroom and hall. They can fuck off.
