| Comment | I think a policy as they've had trouble getting everybody to pay (which I agree is a core part of their job). I think they close cleaning, garden maintenance and not much else by the sounds of it. I'd be keen to change factor but would require negotiations with other owners and I imagine a little but of hesitation as if nothing else, Walker Sandford do seem very cheap... |
