One of the unions you mentioned there will be paying £50 per day to every member who takes industrial action in upcoming school strikes. Not based on hardship or paygrade, £50, per day for everyone. There is also the ability to claim over and above that via hardship funds.

You are right though, we will all still be taking a dunt in wages by taking industrial action. But something needs to be done and hopefully its short term pain long term gain.
