| Comment | Ive used cowheels for a few years, its more expensive and more popular than it used to be. Decent service but make sure you book ahead (particularly for weekends). They messed me about once for a booking (let me book a car which didnt actually exist yet and tried to fob me off with a completely different class of vehicle, a wee electric car when i needed a family sized one to go a long distance on a motorway).
Sometimes the cars can be manky, but its a trade off for convenience.
Also be careful as they price their mileage charge at the equivalent of £2 per litre of fuel, especially of you have one of their more efficient toyota hybrids.
Basically for longer bookings/trips you may be as well getting a standard hire car. |
