| Comment | The workers won't work the over time because it negates the strike. Some places would just ignore the strike because the overtime bill is cheaper every few months than giving people a pay rise.
The workers also didn't get an agreement so everything they do is going to be by the book now also. "Can't take your bin because the lid doesn't close, got too much stuff in it". The strike maybe over for now but the good will the council may have relied on won't be. |
