Comment	There seems to be a lot of these posts recently about noise in tenements. You could ask them to move the parrot and they could swap it’s space with a 62” TV then you’d be really fucked.. The sad thing is that most tenements have noise issues, sound reverberates through all the materials so you have no chance of not hearing anything. Earplugs are your best option.
