The distribution of wealth is more to do with private entities, people and companies. It think it’s widely accepted the gap between rich and poor continues to widen. I however don’t think that public wage rises are going to resolve that.
Check how much tax the big energy companies paid in the UK last year. They are making record profits, with prices increasing & had tax breaks due to decommissioning oil fields. |
