There must be a better alternative to driving 20 mins then walking 20 mins.
It’s fair to say that there are still too many cars in the city centre. Big gas guzzlers with only one person in them at times.
The city is at a tipping point where car use is now being totally discouraged in favour of others methods of transport. The cycling infrastructure has definitely improved but still there is a long way to go.
In fairness to many car drivers the old Victorian design of the city means that to access some locations a trip through the city centre is required. Much more effort is needed to get the cars away and the busses in. |
