| Comment | I was knocked off my bike at the trongate by somebody trying to overtake me then realising there was a red light. Instead of stopping he just decided to plough into me. I had my dog on the bike who had a lot of injuries and could have died. The guy said I should have been looking .. I was riding in a straight line and only because I checked over my shoulder I managed to land out of the way of oncoming traffic when he hit me.
I now ride even more defensively, taking primary position a lot of the time which seems to annoy them more which upsets me. What choice do we have though? When I give drivers more space many push it to limit and I don’t want to die. |
