I currently have glandular fever and I have all the same symptoms as you apart from the throwing up. Ido t know if you have gf but you really wanna avoid antibiotics. I had my gf misdiagnosed and was prescribed amoxicillin which reacted very badly with the virus caused me to come out in a full body rash. Viruses and antibiotics do not mix.
