| Comment | No police won't handle it. If its on a public street you can report it as fly tipping on the council app. They will remove the rubbish and may or may not investigate if addresses are visible. If its your back court, the council won't remove it as it unfortunately becomes the responsibility of the owners, but environmental health can contact the address and tell them to arrange collection and deal with it from there. |
