I'm under the impression that the cleaner of our tenement pours a couple of liters of pure bleach on the floor and then mops it around a bit and then fucks off again. Takes about an hour to dry, not sure how much we pay him. But yeah cobwebs everywhere, but at least we know the floor is disinfected.
