| Comment | IIRC if you are a union member and another unions members are holding strike action within your industry, you are similarly protected by law if you choose not to cross a picket line, even if not directly involved in the action.
You can make the call yourself as an individual and may face some sort of disciplinary proceedings however, sacking you would be illegal. May put a target on your back going forward too but the choice is there. |
