| Comment | Painting and a deep clean is a must before one moves in and tenant gets that done when they move, that's universal. Not sure how that is an issue for Landlords here in Glasgow...Just make sure your agreement has such clauses mentioned.

I have rented flats with pets in US/EU and Asia, and have never faced what I am seeing in Glasgow. I guess its true for Scotland. Pet Aversion...not really a pet friendly city... |
