| Comment | I heard in Poland there's a liability to it, so if you don't clear the snow/ice in front of your shop or house and someone was to slip and hurt themselves that's on you. No idea if it's true, but shop fronts and pavements outside houses are cleared. In fact, during the beast from the east you could see in Partick that the polish shops we cleared in front like little pockets of pavement in the snow. |
