I'd love the tram network to be reinstated to what it was previously. If you look at the routes it covered you'd wipe out so much traffic with easy public transport.
One other thing is more railings around roads that are busy or already have pedestrian crossings. It'll force people to actually use the crossings instead of running out in front of traffic and being killed.
