Erasmus has never been the problem of accommodation simply because it is an exchange program (as in it's in the name, it's a one for one kind of a thing).
The universities simply want constant growth of income and they achieve it by growing the student numbers every year without bothering to increase bedroom numbers. It relates to all students - the ones who grew up in Glasgow, the ones who came from Falkirk, the ones who traveled from England or the other side of the earth. It literally does not matter where they came from. |
