| Comment | I'm also doing my PhD, does your institute ever have social events, or weekly workshops that aren't super formal? Often there will be people outside of your usual cohort attending. I used to WFH but as you say it definitely feels isolating so I pretty much try to go in every day.
If you are/were a carer make sure to inform your supervisory team as most unis will have some sort of carer support/social group! |
