It's a serious question because depending on where you want to go and what you want to do and what skills (if any) you have now, it may not be the right route. Or it could be the best route.
If you're just doing it because all IT bibs earn £80k+, then you are doing it for the wrong reasons and are going to be *very* disappointed.
