I have a gas boiler and live in a two bed. My direct debit has just changed to £115 per month and that is locked in for the next six months. However my building is less than twenty years old and I love on the top floor so I benefit from the neighbours heat rising. Older flats or ground floor flats will cost more. Prepayment meters cost more still
