| Comment | Update: HMRC are unable to do much in this case because of the lack of written proof. Good news is that within 24 hours of writing to HMRC they had called me for more information, so they do have a really active team working on issues like this. Maybe if someone else has had a similar experience with the restaurant in question they can get in touch with more information. Thanks for all the tips! |
