| Comment | So, I think what people are saying is that, when an organised and paid for event is organised, the organisers should pay for clean-up caused by their disruption. This cost can then be factored into ticket prices and only affect the people attending.

In short, countries which enforce this, Denmark for example, find fans/participants much less likely to leave a sty in their wake. |
