| Comment | If you look at what happened to Sauchiehall St- once the thriving thoroughfare to top them all, which then lost out to Argyle Street which then lost out to Buchanan St… we have a solid 150 years or so to evidence the cyclical nature of the city centre.
This group are just beating the crowd to it before profits start to droop and they’re forced into it.
