| Comment | Probably bad luck – the strike was mentioned already, and for the catcalling, I'm afraid it's less of a matter of where you are and more of who crosses your path. I generally found Glasgow better than elsewhere in the eight years I've lived here (and I'm often in the city centre), but maybe I'm not the the Glaswegians' taste... or just am lost in my own thoughts.
In any case, sorry you had a bad experience – we're usually a nice city, and Glaswegians *are* super friendly! |
