To the guy at the gym in the west end this morning who saw my fat sweaty arse struggling with whatever torture my PT was putting me through and said “well done by the way that’s difficult” - thank you. I was in too much discomfort to respond at the time. The gym is hard and embarrassing, thank you for being kind.
