| Comment | Happened to me recently with McGills. Questioned the driver about it when he eventually showed up an hour later and he said he was the only driver on the route so the bus only arrived every hour instead of every half hour. Clearly the bus companies know this but don’t take the other services off the app. Emailed a complaint but, as expected, they couldn’t give a shit. How can anyone be expected to give up their car and rely on public transport when the service is so shockingly bad? |
