| Comment | It's ruining my life. I had hybrid working a few months ago and they took it away. All other jobs pay less than my 21½k. Even at that, the Jo is awful the company is awful but its entirely stress and pressure free and pish easy. Unless I can increase my earnings or reduce my hours at the same pay, there's no options. It's weird, no incentive to leave, no incentive to stay. Just pure abject rut. |
