Noticed yesterday in costco that nearly everyone was overweight/ obese. Quick google search shows that 68% of people in Scotland are overweight and 28% are obese. that’s a truly shocking statistic. Why do people think that is?

I personally believe it’s our food / drink culture. The majority of It is quick, high in fat, fast and cheap. It’s never going to change however I’d love to see a more European eating culture.
