Nah, not a maths equation. Just me being sarcy since you're so confidently saying most hings will be closed as if you know something the rest of us don't. They definitely won't mostly be closed, and buses and trains will continue being available as (aside from via a strike) you canny just cancel the public's mode of transport when some rely on these for hospital visits etc.
