| Comment | I never had any thoughts of people that were overweight / obsess it was an observation while waiting in line that almost all people there that day were heavily overweight. Not just carrying a wee bit of weight but incredibly fat. Especially young children.
I am no longer overweight however have been in the past, the simple answer is I stopped eating as much shite, stopped drinking as much wine / lager and exercised 3/5 times a week.
People have answered better than me however the culture along with cost / availability of good quality food being difficult to find is a huge cost IMO. |
