A really good, unique cover letter
A CV that stands out from others (visually in a PDF, not just a bland word document) the content of the CV doesn’t seem to matter as much as getting them to stop and look at the bloody thing in the first place.
Phone the company after you do that saying your interested and try and talk to somebody.
Those three things usually gets you to stick out from the crowd and they’ll remember your name.
