Comment	That’s the benefit of being self employed. You work for yourself. You can take as much or as little time off as your circumstances allow. Employees work for somebody else and their employer operates a holiday system that is convenient for them. Employees are protected with a guaranteed minimum of 28 holidays each year, but the employer can dictate when they are taken.
