City Fibre do not provide services to the consumer. They are the equivalent of Openreach to BT and Sky etc.
The City Fibre website will show what suppliers you can use. Vodafone seems to be the market leader and the prices are great. Around £33.00 per month for a 500Mb synchronous connection.
You can order directly on the Vodafone website. I believe you can also sign up with Brawband and Talk Talk.
