I havent used them specifically, but the 2 pest companies I tried put poison down and I wouldnt do that again. Dead mice under the floorboards stinks for weeks.
I would tidy, keep patching every hole you can find, and put down traps (tried humane but sadly seem to have better results with the snappy ones)
