Had a bad experience with them a good few years ago.

Buying the car was fine, salesman was nice but collecting the car was a different story.

Went to collect it and was told it would be a wee bit of a wait to have it ready so I thought no bother. An hour passes, nothing. 2 hours pass, still nothing. Asked the staff a few times and they say yeah won't be long. Eventually about 3 hours later I get taken to the car.

Nothings been done to it, hasn't been washed or cleaned and stinks of smoke on the inside. It also doesn't have any fuel despite them making you pay extra for it to come with a full tank. Asked the handover person about it and they go away and come back saying someone's away with their fuel card so they can't put any fuel in it. Typical.

Asked about the car being filthy and stinking of smoke and they say its just came off the transporter, they can have someone spray it down and give it a quick clean. They come back and say that the cleaning area is all locked up and they dont have keys so can't do that either.

At this point I'm so pissed off and just take the car and go when I know I probably shouldn't have. Went back a few days later and had go effectively force them to put fuel in the car and valet it for me.

Would never recommend buying a car from there to anyone. I've never experienced such abysmal customer service in my life.
